PAPER-WISE EXEMPTION
ON THE BASIS OF HIGHER QUALIFICATION(S) : STUDENTS WHO HAVE SOUGHT PAPER-WISE EXEMPTION ON THE BASIS OF HIGHER QUALIFICATIONS MAY PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SUCH CASES ARE UNDER SCRUTINY. IT IS EXPECTED THAT THIS PROCESS WILL BE COMPLETED AND THE STATUS OF SUCH EXEMPTIONS WILL BE DISPLAYED AS PART OF THE ENROLLMENT STATUS BY 10TH OCTOBER, 2013. KINDLY BEAR WITH US FOR THE TIMEBEING.
ON THE BASIS OF 60% MARKS CRITERIA : STUDENTS WHO ARE MEETING THE ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS OF EXEMPTION ON THE BASIS OF 60% MARKS DURING JUNE, 2013 SESSION ARE BEING GRANTED EXEMPTION IN THE RESPECTIVE SUBJECTS. STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT INTERESTED IN AVAILING THE EXEMPTION MAY SEEK CANCELLATION OF THE SAME BY SENDING A FORMAL REQUEST BY E-MAIL. THE LAST EXAMINATION UNDER FOUNDATION PROGRAMME (OLD SYLLABUS) HAS BEEN HELD IN JUNE, 2013 SESSION. FROM DECEMBER, 2013 ALL STUDENTS WILL BE ENROLLED FOR FOUNDATION PROGRAMME (NEW SYLLABUS) OMR BASED EXAMINATION. NO SEPARATE REQUEST IS REQUIRED SWITCHING OVER TO NEW SYLLABUS AS ALL STUDENTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHED OVER THE NEW SYLLABUS.  

SWITCHOVER TO EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME (NEW SYLLABUS)
EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME (OLD SYLLABUS) STUDENTS WHO WANT TO SWITCHOVER TO NEW SYLLABUS MAY SEND THEIR REQUEST TO exemption@icsi.eduOR SUBMIT THEIR REQUESTS THROUGH ONLINE MODE AFTER LOGGING INTO THE ONLINE SERVICES PORTAL  AT WWW.ICSI.EDU FOR SWITCHING OVER TO NEW SYLLABUS BY THE LAST DATE OF EXAMINATION ENROLLMENT.

STUDENTS WHOSE REQUEST FOR EXAMINATION ENROLLMENT HAVE BEEN REJECTED DUE TO EXPIRY OF REGISTRATION BUT APPLIED FOR RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION IN TIME MAY PLEASE CONTACT THE INSTITUTE AT E-MAIL ID extension@icsi.edu OR AT TEL.NO. 0120-4522072/75 FOR VERIFICATION OF RECORDS BY THE LAST DATE OF EXAMINATION ENROLLMENT.

NON-SUBMISSION OF 10+2 / GRADUATION MARK SHEET / PASS CERTIFICATE

FOUNDATION PROGRAMME/ EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME STUDENTS WHOSE REQUEST FOR EXAMINATION ENROLLMENT HAVE BEEN REJECTED DUE TO NON-REGULARISATION OF “PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION” MAY IMMEDIATELY SUBMIT THE 10+2/ GRADUATION PASS  MARK SHEET / CERTIFICATE AT E-MAIL ID prov.reg@icsi.edu FOR UPDATING THE STATUS. STUDENTS WHO FAIL TO SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPEARING IN THE EXAMINATIONS.

STUDENTS WISH TO APPEAR IN DUBAI (EXAMINATION CENTRE), ARE ADVISED TO REMIT US $100 OR ITS Rs.6500 IN ADDITION TO ABOVE FEES.


STUDENTS WHO HAVE REMITTED THE FEE AS PER OLD RATES ARE ADVISED TO REMIT THE DIFFERENTIAL AMOUNT AS PER DETAILS GIVEN ABOVE. SIMILARLY, STUDENTS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED THE OLD EXAMINATION APPLICATION FORMS ARE REQUIRED TO REMIT THE DIFFERENTIAL AMOUNT OF Rs.450. THE BALANCE AMOUNT MAY BE REMITTED BY WAY OF DEMAND DRAFT FAVOURING “THE INSTITUTE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES OF INDIA ” PAYABLE AT “NEW DELHI”. EXAMINATION APPLICATIONS WITH INSUFFICIENT FEE ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED.

DESPATCH OF ADMIT CARDS (IN PHYSICAL FORM) BY POST HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED FROM JUNE, 2011 SESSION OF EXAMINATION. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DOWNLOAD THE SAME FROM INSTITUTE’S WEBSITE WWW.ICSI.EDU.
